Approach and content
Under the guidance of a certified game leader and trainer in inclusive communication, you get to work with your team(s).
The game is like a jam session, combining opinions and ideas and inviting participants to engage with each other. You will be invited to answer questions, discuss dilemmas, devise solutions and name concrete actions.
You will be challenged to think of ways to make your own organisational culture even more open to new faces and different opinions.
