Inclusive language

If you want everyone to feel involved, and you want your message to really get through, it is vital that you use inclusive language. Inclusive language is language that treats people equally, without distinguishing between he/she/them, or a person’s skin colour, religion, level of education, skills, disabilities or any other irrelevant factors.

Why take this course?
